The Comparison of Visual Analogical Reasoning Ability and Verbal Analogical Reasoning Ability the Children with Asperger

Abstract
In the present study, we investigated to comparison of visual analogical reasoning ability and verbal analogical reasoning ability of the children with asperger, and to investigate the differences in performance with different analogical reasoning types. The subjects were 1, 2, 3 grade primary-child with asperger and chronolgical age equivalent normal children. In the comprehension of analogical reasoning ability, there were no significant main effects in groups and types, but there were significant interaction in groups and types. The children with asperger exhibit high performance visual analogical reasoning ability than verbal alogical reasoning ability. The children with asperger¡¯s analogical reasoning ability exhibit as good as typically developing peers and they has better performances in visual analogical reasoning types than verbal analogical reasoning types.
